Gentle Practice

Great for relaxation or before bed. 30 minutes
​You will need: a Yoga Mat
Blanket, Block, Bolster, or Cushion (optional)

Seated Yoga "Snack"

Can be done seated on the floor, bed or a chair. No other equipment needed.

10 minute short practice to stretch, relax and connect to self. Perfect for the beginning of the day, right before bed, or for a quick work break.

Lying Down Yoga "Snack"

Can be done on a yoga mat or on your bed. You will need: a blanket.
